BEMIS represents the under-represented and disadvantaged migrant communities, addressing inequalities by empowering communities, working towards an inclusive society by establishing structures, which recognize diversity and empowers ethnic minorities and build capacity of formal and informal community organisations and the EM voluntary sector. Influence policy development and work in partnership with stakeholders promoting all equality strands, promoting interaction and cooperation at all levels. setting up structures and focused consultative framework in support of the government and stakeholders at several levels. to help develop, promote and progress inclusive society and democratic active citizenship for all and promote active citizenship and human rights. BEMIS carried out youth employment, youth leadership through sports and partnership and set up community youth organisations in scotland.
