Barnardos Cymru - Flintshire Young Carers Project

Flintshire Young Carers work with young people who care for a parent/guardian or other family member due to physical disability/illness, mental health issues, or substance misuse issues.
Our project supports these young people by providing fun time out activities away from their caring role, peer support groups and training, 1:1 support and development, residential weekends, support in school and advocacy. We have an active young carers forum who work to raise the profile of young carers and champion young carers rights.
