B-LIVE

B-LIVE is a not for profit association that is member of REAS Spain (Social and Solidarity Economy Network), which structure is built up by with more than 500 entities, and member of RIPESS Europe (Intercontinental network for the promotion of social solidarity economy).
B-LIVE gives to children, young people and adults these services:
- information and project development center
- organization of training courses, exchanges and cultural, environmental, artistic or sport activities
- sector study, research
counseling, crisis support and prevention
e-learning, networking, partnerships, training courses and workshops
publications, newspapers and web sites

It has realized more than 20 national projects and 5 European projects, especially with Youth in Action and Erasmus Plus (KA1, KA2).
The Association co-operates with many public Administrations with which it has particular agreements for the diffusion of social and solidarity economy in juvenile and adults activities.
The staff organization is composed of 5 active members, paid according to the achieved objectives, and a group of around 20 volunteers. There is also a youth section, which is starting to develop their own initiatives and which is encouraging us to apply to be a hosting entity in the European Solidarity Corps.

B-LIVE has a wide experience in the youth field and uses highly qualified facilities for training courses, meetings, apprenticeships, workshops, youth exchanges or initiatives, etc. with different skills: its facilities, together with the staff’s skills, allow to always meet the stated goals.
B-LIVE has realized and developed different kinds of activities in many fields including workshops, conventions, conferences, meetings, exchanges, festivals and several events.
In the past, B-LIVE has participated in several projects in the framework of the Youth in Action Programme and recently in Erasmus+ Programme. Moreover, it developed strong experience, knowledge and skills in the Educational and European field. In this way it developed the capacity to manage, hosting and implement another ambitious and complex training.
Its staff comes from different educational backgrounds and fields of study, such as: social and solidarity economy, youth in action, environment, media, human rights, European citizenship, feminism, minority-majority relationship, etc. All of them, during the year, take part in several training courses, at local and European level, based on non-formal education to improve their skills and competences as mentors and facilitators. From 2016 the association is promoting the importance of Erasmus+ to permit that more organizations could benefit of program support, create their own projects and realize or participate in educational activities.
