Our Vision: We envision a space where youth are not just sitting on the sidelines but are actively taking the lead to change their communities.
Our Mission: We are here to help young people step out of the crowd and become true changemakers. Tired of boring and rigid traditional methods, we provide a lively space where university students and young youth workers can design their own international journeys. Through fun non-formal education, open dialogues, and global networks, we want to give the next generation the real-world skills, empathy, and courage they need to inspire the world.
Inclusivity & Collaboration: AYS is a completely open, safe, and diverse community. We welcome young people from all backgrounds, regardless of their ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, or socio-economic status. We actively work hand in hand with university student clubs to ensure a supportive environment for everyone and to build a strong, intersectional culture of solidarity.
Activities: We focus heavily on Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges and Training Courses, backed by local workshops, digital branding meetups, and peer-to-peer sharing sessions. Moreover, we love empowering young minds to step onto the international stage because we deeply believe in the magic of non-formal education, intercultural learning, and global friendships.
