Aydın Cultural Development Association

Aydın Kültürel Gelişim Derneği (Aydın Cultural Development Association) is a local, nongovernmental, independent, organization,with the main purpose of contributing for the personal,professional and cultural development of people. Our association promotes to solve educational, social and economic problems of community,to contribute vocational education, youth education ,active citizenship, enable all the people to participate in life actively, organise local and international projects.We deeply focus on innovative teaching, environmental problems, digitalization,entrepreneurship and social integration as working topics. We would like to increase awareness of youngsters on their environmental problems. We use education as a tool to make youngsters activectizenship.

Aydın Kültürel Gelişim Derneği; is specialising in a wide range of activities including vocational and professional training and we organise training courses for teachers, headmasters, inspectors, youngsters on labour market, VET specialists.We also work with schools, universities,Institutions involved in the educational system for promoting trans-national partnerships throughout the European projects; and cooperate at national and international level.Our organisation which was established in 2014, consists of 5 Board Members,48 Members,36 Volunteers and nearly 300 learners. The staff of our organisation are all of them educators and youth trainers, youngsters in development of international cooperation and mobility projects.
They have experiences in LLP programmes,Youth in action,Centralized actions,IPA Projects,Erasmusplus programmes.They are specialized in national and international funding programmes.The staff have also expertise in teaching foreign languages and technical education.
They have good skills on non formal education and working with young people and adults with different difficulties and fewer opportunities.
Our mission is about:
-Supporting individuals and initiatives in any kind of activities such as innovative education that can bring benefits for the local community
-Organizing awareness activities for a sustainable world and a clean environment.
-Supporting active society, creativity, art, entrepreneurship and culture
-Promoting thinking and positive attitude, optimistic.
-Promoting care for themselves,to others, to the environment
-Working on innovative educational methods and techniques, preparing innovative educational materials and modules
Our organisation is focused at intercultural learning and active citizenship.We manage a lot of activities to promote the cultural,educational and entrepreneurial development of community.Our goal is to support the social and cultural development focusing our efforts on new generations. We people to develop their cross-competences by promoting EC opportunities and realizing activities mainly based on non-formal learning and digital tools.We educate individuals to a peaceful and intercultural cohabitation based on transnational co-working with people coming from different cultures, countries and social conditions.
