AY Institute

AY Institute (formerly known as Active Youth) is a Lithuania-based NGO that unites young leaders, thinkers, and doers on a mission to bring change within communities, organizations and policies by implementing innovative social initiatives.

AY Institute has a history of active involvement in local and international (youth) projects since its inception. We take pride in successfully implementing over 70 separate project actions independently, consistently earning top evaluations. Additionally, as a reliable partner, we have collaborated on numerous other initiatives. Our extensive partnership network spans across Europe, boasting connections with over 700 organizations. AY also holds a position within Lithuania's Youth Board (LiJOT), serving as a platform for meaningful dialogue with decision-makers.

In whatever activity we carry out, we follow our 3 core principles:

Our Team:
We understand the value of a dedicated team in project success. Our collaborators for the current project consist of professionals with relevant experience and a proven track record in youth work, digital space, and media. We also draw from a diverse pool of over 1,000 volunteers and potential partners, ensuring the smooth implementation of projects and effective dissemination efforts.
