AWA A.P.S. is a multidisciplinary organization based in Grottaglie (Apulia, South Italy), merging high-level cultural production with social innovation. We are not just an event organizer; we are a structured hub for youth empowerment and community regeneration.

1. Our Hub & Professional Facilities We manage CREA! Laboratorio Urbano, a fully equipped creative center. Unlike standard youth centers, our hub features professional-grade facilities available for international projects:

- Multimedia Production: Professional Video Editing and Podcast Studios.

- Music Sector: A fully soundproofed Rehearsal Room and a Music Control/Mixing Room (Sala Regia).

- Artisanal Heritage: A dedicated Ceramic Workshop connecting youth with local tradition.

- Public Services: We also manage the HI! Welcome Point, the strategic gateway for tourism and information in Grottaglie.

2. Major Events & Production We produce large-scale festivals combining music, art, and sustainability. Our portfolio includes:

- TerraViva Festival: A major eco-music event partnered with Rolling Stone Italia.

- Outside Festival: A platform for urban culture and live performance.

3. Internal Structure & Expertise Reliability is our core asset. AWA operates through specialized internal units ensuring 360° project management:
