AVANGARDE Association is an NGO that provides: - professional training services and professional training consultancy, with an accent on improving disadvantaged categories' access to the labor market and improved employment opportunities; - human resource development through professional training programs; - consultancy services for the improvement of target groups' access to employment opportunities and professional re-conversion; - studies, surveys and research activities; - consultancy in the field of applying quality standards in professional training activities. The Association’s main objective is promoting civic and humanitarian activities. The NGO's objectives are: - Organizing and implementing activities that contribute to sustainable community development; - Organizing and implementing practical and educational activities in interest areas such as culture and citizenship; - Providing services for preventing and limiting vulnerability situations that can lead to social marginalization or exclusion, within the educational system; - Consultancy for improving access to education, social services, cultural, touristic and sports activities for: children and youth, elders, the disabled and socially disadvantaged categories. - Promoting and defending human rights and liberties, solidarity values, communitarian social equality and inter-ethnical dialogue development. - Environmental protection; - Traditional, cultural and historic conservation; - Promoting sustainable, eco-friendly tourism; - Promoting inter-regional, national and transnational cooperation within the field of European youth mobility and volunteering; - Organizing and implementing educational programs for children and youth, with the purpose of contributing to the institutional development process, through a personalized curriculum that responds to children’s specific interests and skills.
