ATIS

Since 2016 A.T.I.S has been accredited in the Sicily Region for active employment policy services with its own Employment Agency.
Over the years it has specialized in personal service facilities for adults and youth.
More recently, it has also managed and designed continuous training interventions for workers of partner companies. These interventions are focused on social issues.
A.T.I.S has obtained the ISO9001:2015 quality certification and accreditation for continuous training.
The association provides the following services:

Oriental Advisory;
Skills Assessment;
Match between job demand and offer.
Assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises, aimed at choosing and joining the Interprofessional Equal Funds;
Market research and analysis;
Business consultancy;
Analysis of company training needs;
Planning and consultancy activities for PMI and Big Enterprises;
Presentation, activation and management of corporate training plans from the company account accumulated in the Fund to which the company has joined.

A.T.I.S. took part as a partner in the Stay On project, financed by EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment.
About the Project:
In the EU, rural areas are affected by a higher share of NEETs, and a higher proportion of the population faces the risk of social exclusion. Stay-on’s ultimate objective is to create conditions that enable young people to “stay on” rural land by ensuring their access to opportunities, benefits, services and jobs.
The project aims at fostering youth empowerment providing adequate skills for the rural labour market, such as digital skills, abilities to manage environmental
impacts, and personal development.
Within the StayOn project, Association A.T.I.S. takes on the role of community catalyst partner, acting as a change agent that unlocks youth potential and
manages change activities in several rural communities. In the project, the A.T.I.S. Association followed the priority mismatch occupations in Italy in the development of training courses and programmes that offered technical skills.
