Associazione TDM 2000 is an independent, nongovernmental organization that coordinates young people willing to cooperate in the voluntary sector, supporting them in developing personal and professional skills through experiential learning and non-formal education, involving the participants in practical activities that allow sharing and exchange of ideas, opinions and experiences.
It was founded in 2000 by a group of young passionate people with international experience in youth work who believe in the importance of mutual respect between different cultures and in equality between people, values that still today are strongly promoted by the activities which they implement at local, regional and international level.

Associazione TDM 2000 promotes individual and group creativity organizing intercultural events which may include activities such as theatrical performances, dances, fashion shows, art exhibitions, sport performances and food festivals. It organizes training courses, conferences, seminars and campaigns on themes of actual and common interest.
Beside events mentioned above, Associazione TDM 2000 has been organizing already for 15 years an event that promotes the opportunity of spending an intercultural summer in Cagliari, capital of Sardegna. The name of this great festival is „International Summer Week”. It has a long tradition and a lot of interest from all over the world.
