ASSOCIAZIONE R.A.U. - REIKI UNIVERSAL LOVE

The R.A.U. association – Reiki Universal Love – is a training institution, whose mission is to safeguard and to promote the R.A.U. Cosmic Reiki Method and bio-natural disciplines. The central headquarters are located at 11 Lainate Street, Rho (Milan), but regional reference centres can be found throughout Italy. The association is active at national and international level.
The Reiki Method belongs to the field of bio-natural disciplines (B.N.D.), defined as “activities and practices, whose aim is the maintenance and recovery of the well-being of the individual” (Law Reg. Lombardy 2/2005: “Normative in subject of bio-natural disciplines)”.
Since 1989, our project has focused on promoting global, individual and collective health, through the practices and knowledge of methodologies for a natural restoring of balance. To this purpose, we propose both beginners and advanced training classes for different disciplines, whose effectiveness has been proven.
Moreover, we offer the first degree classes on the Cosmic Reiki Method for free, which can be practiced on anyone regardless the age, health conditions and abilities: adults, children, elderly people, or people with disabilities or mental health issues. Teachers work as volunteers, through non-formal education programs. The Method allows amplifying personal skills and self-development, improving performances in any daily activity like studying, working or social relationships. It promotes integration and mutual understanding.
