FORMAZIONE DOMANI (“TRAINING FOR TOMORROW) is a non profit association which has been active in EU programmes in the area of Human Resources development since 1997.
We plan and implement actions of search, selection and training of personnel, and courses of professional specialisation and qualification for graduates. We also provide on-going support for professionals and companies in HR management.
We provide opportunities for people and companies to consolidate and enrich their range of knowledge and competences by means of tailored-made courses, designed to enhance at the utmost professional and personal capabilities.
Our areas of excellence range from HR Management to Administration and Finance; from Foreign Languages to Intercultural Strategies & Communication; from Marketing to Sales and E-Commerce.
Since 1997 we have presented over 70 projects in different job sectors to national and European Public Agencies (EU EACEA - Education, Audiovisial & Culture Executive Agency, GRUNDTVIG Lifelong Learning Programme and Erasmus Mundus, Regione Lombardia, Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia, Provincia di Milano, Ministero del Lavoro, Formaper, etc.) and 61 of them were passed and successfully implemented. To date, FORMAZIONE DOMANI has delivered more than 45.000 vocational classes on behalf of Regione Lombardia - ESF (European Social Fund) and over 9.000 in-company training classes.
Our quality procedures, which have been in force since 2001, are being continually validated by SINCERT (the internationally recognised body for quality certification). We are also certified UNI EN ISO 9001/2000 and accredited as a qualified non-profit institute of vocational training and career counseling.
We believe our expertise has been widely appraised by Partners with whom we share a long-standing cooperation specifically in the area of positive actions for job guidance counseling and new entrepreneurship.

Our major assets are our vast experience in the area of education and training, consolidated over a decade in the field of European projects; our comprehensive network of qualified teachers and specialists; a broad range of professional competence and qualifications that we offer our clients. Furthermore, we have gained vast experience over the years in complying with the procedures required for the implementing of projects within EUROPEAN FUNDED PROGRAMES. Once the financial sources have been targeted, we take on the entire bureaucratic and financial process on behalf of our Clients.

CURRENT PROJECT AREAS : RESEARCH
The project staff of FORMAZIONE DOMANI was heavily involved in a 3-year research programme in the area of career counselling. The final product was published by Le Monnier Publ. House (“Cosa vuoi fare da grande”? 2002). Since then we have focused on the prospects EU28 has opened up for young European people in the area of career development and particularly in the exploration of innovative approaches for leading young people towards “across borders” entrepreneurship and innovative framework for international business start-up models and strategies.
Within the EU programmes for the period 2014-2020, we intend to develop exchanges, both personal and institutional, with decision-makers, trainers, employees, social partners, university career centres, guidance counselling centres, employment offices, etc
Together with the network we have developed in recent years with most EU25 countries, we would like to highlight areas for exchange programmes, develop shared approaches for innovative business education programmes, student- companies programmes, business incubators as a supporting structure for entrepreneurship, such as those implemented by FORMAZIONE DOMANI in former projects developed within ESF in cooperation with major industrial organisation such as FORMAPER / CAMERA DI COMMERCIO DI MILANO and various high schools and agencies at regional and national level.

Networks for complex international projects had been activated over the last few years in response to different but crucial analyses and demands coming from different areas, namely
a) the academic side, MIP POLITECNICO DI MILANO (MIP) and REGIONE LOMBARDIA – DEPARTMENT OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY (DG PMI – ref. Dott.ssa Elena Magni) where institutional policies are being set up to support the efforts of enterprises willing to expand in growing areas such as China and Russia, the two countries which are strongly involved in the overall trade in sectors where the “made in Italy” production has a very strong appeal;
b) the industrial side CENTROCOT, AGENZIA PER LA CINA (AC) and AFD have started cooperating on the basis of a mutual interest in the development of HRs devoted to “facilitating” trading and commercial investments in China as being trained in the area of marketing and intercultural / language awareness. The two agencies have an important and officially recognised role as they have developed important and innovative actions respectively in the import-export trade (AC manages Palazzo Lombardia in the Shanghai area and is a sort of “incubator” for enterprises willing to set up a commercial basis in China) and the second being a non-profit centre for vocational high education in the area of new technologies, entrepreneurial start-ups and new professional profiles. Their joint efforts are aimed at building up a springboard for facilitating the incoming of Chinese and Russian students who are not only more and more attracted by the opportunities of European high education but who are interested in pursuing a professional career in EU companies which are investing in the Russian and Chinese markets.
