Association "Jaunimas YRÀ"

"Jaunimas YRÀ“(Youth Is) is an organisation which aims to cover all kinds of educational ways for youth to spend their leisure time. We create opportunities for young people to be socially active, to develop themselves and enrich their cultural life by implementation of informal education. Our organization is one of the most active NGO in our town. We organize many different events and activities (discussions, meetings with famous people, dance events) for young people in Marijampole because the main objective of the organisation is involvement of youth to active participation. Our organisation attracts young people. We teach youth to work in a team, develop their skills in field of business and other branches. By participation in our projects youth learns how to spend its leisure time more efficiently and positively way.

Inside the organisation we encourage each other to think differently and innovative in order to create something new and attractive. Our strength is the diversity of our organisation members - different hobbies, ideas, life experiences and leisure spending habits. Our organization has organized or took part in many youth projects. Therefore, we know how to be responsible partners, how to prepare our participants and how to make interesting activities. Our organisation members know how to work in a team that is why it would be no problem to share tasks with us. Additionally, we are ready to work not only during an exchange but also before and after the project. We have sufficient experience, responsibility and knowledge about conducting workshops and trainings. Members of “Jaunimas YRÀ” participated and helped organize youth exchanges programs such as “Beautiful moment”, “Wellness and Ecology”, “Nature of Wellness”, etc.

"Jaunimas YRÀ" is looking for partners and projects all around EU. We want to meet organizations that have the same attitude towards the youth activity and would be willing to provide youth with the informal education. “Jaunimas YRÀ” would be glad to meet people from another EU country that would like to corporate and enrich the life of youth in multicultural environment.
