Association Culturelle Jeunes Talents Jeune Espoir - JTJE

Created in 2014, JTJE is a cultural association working with youth to develop and reshape the culture while promoting the cultural and artistic activities in Algeria. The objective is to give the youth new opportunities to express, develop their potential, share their passions and their experiences. We believe that our activities will empower them to consider doing a professional career in the cultural and/or artistic field, while remaining active citizens in the society.

Our mission is broken down into 3 main goals:

1- Discover:
Discovering young talents, provide them with educational tools and resources;
Motivate them to pursue a professional career in their passion.

2- Promote:
Encourage the young talents and artists to share their art, providing them with the right opportunities to showcase their talents (shows, events, expositions, competitions, exchanges...);
Encouraging the growth of artistic activities in Algeria by organizing, managing and promoting cultural actions;
Helping and empowering other organisation in the same field;
Organizing cultural exchanges for local, national and international volunteers and artists

3- Sensitize:
Raising awareness by fighting social issues through cultural activities for children and young people, but also for their parents and educators;
Encouraging youth to engage in active roles in the society;
Share and safeguard the love of the Algerian culture, traditions and identity;
Organizing touristic attractions for the young audience in order to increase their cultural knowledge and protect the historical heritage from disremembering.
