CRED was founded by former student representatives and leaders active in student associations and national student federations. Our team members have served in higher education governing bodies (university senates and faculty councils) and bring solid experience in training delivery, workshop facilitation, and non-formal education.
Our background includes direct negotiations with administrative leaderships, amending internal regulations, organizing student rights campaigns, and coordinating large-scale civic projects. We transfer these working methods into our youth initiatives, focusing on procedural literacy, practical advocacy, and structured dialogue with public institutions.
