The Kardinal Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to young people, which develops and provides educational, training, and personalized support services, built together with young people and for them. Our mission is to create an inclusive, stimulating, and safe environment in which every young person, regardless of their background, can discover their potential and build a solid educational or professional path.
For over 10 years, we have been organizing workshops, training sessions, mentoring, and international mobility programs in areas that are essential for the future of the younger generation: entrepreneurship, leadership, digital skills, sustainability, and civic engagement. We place a strong emphasis on social inclusion, offering real support to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, rural areas, or those outside the education system (NEET).
We work together with young people, teachers, local authorities, and European partners to respond to the real needs of the community. Through each project, we create contexts for active learning, democratic participation, and connection with European values.
