Asociatia Focus on Youth

n order to achieve the goal, the organization has the following objectives:
Encouraging active citizenship through collaboration with school institutions.
Entrepreneurship workshops
Collaboration with other organizations in the country and abroad who share common goals with Focus on Youth organization in order to exchange best practices, support each other and develop educational partnerships.
Facilitating the access of young people and adults to national and international companies through "internship" programs and developing training programs for specialists from various fields.
Designing and developing projects for young people and young adults within the European funding programs dedicated to this segment
In order to reach the goal, the association will carry out direct economic activities and fundraising such as:
-organizing foreign language courses and other vocational and vocational training courses
- sale of exclusive materials of the association (such as publications, illustrations, phonograms and others).
Focus on Youth has 3 active members that have experience in youth working by volunteering projects in other local organizations.
Gabriel Florescu-Has studied the Faculty of International Relations so far has experience in working with young people for two years, during this perios he was Mentor and Youth Worker for several international volunteers of the AIDE association from Râmnicu Vâlcea.
In parallel, he is Copywriter for an advertising company in Ramnicu Valcea. He participated in several international courses, but also in courses organized by the National Agency of Romania, where he gained experience in working with young people. In 2021, he finish the course of Project Manager, through this course the gain more information about how to manage the projects and improved his knowledges about writing a project.
Iulia Huidu graduated the Faculty of Management Assistance and Secretariat and is currently working as a data indexing operator for a company in Râmnicu Vâlcea.
So far he has participated in various local volunteering activities, including "Let's do it Romania", Plant Good Facts "or recreational activities with young people with disabilities.
Eduard Plavitu graduated the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Social Sciences and Psychology and currently teaches in a school in Vâlcea county.
He is active in local volunteering activities that involve ecology actions but also weekly teaching of chess courses for beginners at the Youth Hub Ramnicu Valcea starting in November 2019.
