Asociatia Civica ”MANDRU CA-S DEJEAN”

The Civic Association ”MANDRU CA-S DEJEAN” was founded in 2017 by a group of citizens interested in enhancing the quality of life in the town and the community engagement. By statute, this nonprofit association promotes human rights and liberty, democracy, civic and cultural values. Its objectives are: to identify the community`s problems and to notify specific institution about them; to enhance people`s civic competences; to create conditions for a higher quality of life through educational activities on environment and health topics; to bring people together through various activities. We are directly involved in ecological activities (cleanliness of the town) and charity (money for special cases of people in needs or equipment for our medical intervention team at the beginning of pandemic). We are a small number of members with various occupations, all aware of the fact that our town needs measures and actions concerning the pollution, recycling, environmental friendly education.
