Asociatia ACT INTEGRATION

Asociatia Act Integration is accredited as Sending organisation, Host organisation, Co-ordinating organisation. The reference number in EVS database is 2013-RO-142.
A part of the goals of our association are:
• promoting the right for education, the non formal and informal education, the long life learning and self improvement;
• promotion and protection of human rights and freedoms;
• involving young people from rural and urban area in activities that promote community’s values and principles;
• facilitating active citizenship, solidarity, the intercultural and intergenerational dialogue;
• facilitating exchanges between individuals or legal entities that have common interests and the mobility of young people, inside and outside EU borders;
• initiating and developing programs and projects to support the activities of local government institutions and initiate campaigns to result in strengthening the link between government bodies and civil society;
• creating activities for the purpose of life quality enhancement; creating educational materials for youth, organizing workshops on different themes, cultural presentations, spectacles, conferences, training courses, symposia, festivals, debates, rallies, other public awareness activities etc.
The association has a board of 3 founders and has 20 volunteers aged between 12-30 years- teachers, students, youngsters with fewer opportinities from rural and urban areas, who offer their help whenever it is needed.
We have 2 target groups: youngsters from 18 to 35 and we also encourage the involvment of seniors in volunteering, so the second target group is people from 36 to 70.
In our projects we intend to involve youngsters or adults from different social backgrounds, including people with reduced opportunities.
Our organization promotes the social responsabilty and offers a wide range of leisure activities in collaboration with local artisans, with cultural and educational institutions from our area as schools, high schools, child care centers, cultural palace, palace of youth.
