Asociación Singladura

In accordance with article 22 of the Spanish Constitution, the non-profit association called SOCIAL-EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION "Singladura" is hereby established, hereinafter The Association, endowed with its own legal personality and capacity to act and which will be governed by Organic Law 1/2002 , of March 22, regulator of the Right of Association, Law 4/2003, of February 28, Associations of the Canary Islands, other complementary provisions and by the Statutes.

The purposes of the Association will be the following:

a) Encourage active participation processes with people from the environment through the promotion of activities, mainly those related to safety and health, especially in the workplace.
b) Facilitate the integration of the recipients of the activities in the closest environment, through the realization of projects at regional, national and international levels.
c) Promote and create resources that offer accurate information to people about spaces relevant to their knowledge.
d) Generate information networks that enable people to know their closest reality and develop their capabilities. Likewise, this entity will constitute and participate in collaboration networks with public and private entities at regional, national and / or European level.
e) Encourage, support, provide services and create coordination spaces with other associations and foundations, as well as with other entities and other public and private organizations that develop their activity in the environment.
f) Promote the formation of individuals and entities, as well as non-formal educational activities.
g) Give assistance to projects promoted by public or private entities.
h) Promote own projects and programs directed to the recipients, as well as research activities in the field of safety and health.
i) Participate in the processing, execution, evaluation and monitoring of projects and programs at regional, national and European level.
j) Promote the capacity for innovation and creativity in the people who receive the activities.
k) Disseminate programs and projects of all kinds, as well as community institutions and resources.
l) Collaborate and promote the development of international activities within the European Union or extra-European territory.
m) Collaborate and promote the development of activities for entrepreneurs as an entity providing services to them, promoting the business vocation among the recipients.
n) Collaborate and promote the development of preventive activities for the elderly who are especially in the last working stretch of their lives as a provider of services to them.
o) Collaborate and promote the development of activities for people who suffer some type of disability as an entity providing services to them.
p) Promote cultural activities in the scope of action of the association.
q) Require public institutions to comply with laws, regulations or action plans that affect the quality of life of the community, its training and the information they need to access equal opportunities to all activities and / or calls are generated by these.
r) Promote natural conservation and defense, as well as publicize the richness of our ecosystems. This entity will be committed to Climate Change as an environmental and environmental entity.
s) Collaborate and promote the development of sports activities where health and the promotion of healthy attitudes prevail.
t) Collaborate and promote the development of activities related to Road Safety where the priority is good practices, training and information related to this sector.
u) Collaborate and promote the development of activities for young people as an entity providing services to them. The entity will provide services to young people in the field of action that is their own by organizing activities aimed at them. The association has a youth section.
