K’MON is an association created with the aim of promoting non-formal education and to help students and Young people to participate in intercultural exchanges and volunteer projects.

Our association pretends to contribute to the society in the following aspects:

• To promote the social dialogue and the critical thinking among young adults, a way to fight discrimination and radicalization.
• To work on building soft skills and competencies to improve professionality of young people.
• To promote the entrepreneurship to improve labor creativity and proactivity.
• To enable youngster the access to mobility opportunities existing in and outside Europe.
• To create platforms and networks of understanding and cooperation.
