Asociación Espai Italia

We are an association founded in 2013. We are citizens of the world, Europeans: Spanish, Italians, ItaloAmericans. We promote active-participatory citizenship and believe in european youth. We want to contribute to the creation of a Europe that is more humane, fair, inclusive and guarantor of human and social rights. We are a heterogeneous group of European - Italian and Spanish citizens who have decided to live in the Valencian Community. Some of us live here for many years, others came in the golden age of Spain in the mid 2000. We have different geographic origins, experiences, but we are bound by the fact that we have chosen to live here and want to stay, in spite of everything. Now more than ever, we believe it is important to engage us in the context of associations to promote basic values that we share: civil rights, social welfare, promotion of culture, citizenship participation, integration, diversity, inclusion, Right Human protection, promotion of the youth. An idea of European citizenship, perhaps different from the currently predominant. An idea of European citizenship, in we thing feel proud of a united Europe.
