Asociación el Nexo

El Nexo is a youth association born in 2021 in Granada, Spain, during the pandemic, created by three young people eager to connect cultures and bring new opportunities to local youth. We’re an active organization involved in youth exchanges and local volunteering, with strong experience in managing youth activities, especially youth centres and summer camps.

We focus on creating spaces for intercultural learning, inclusion, and active participation, using Erasmus+ as our main tool to bring European experiences closer to young people in our region. We’re also involved in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme, helping young people develop their business ideas and skills through international experiences.

Even though we’re a young organization, we’ve taken part in many youth exchanges, volunteering activities, and workshops on topics like environment, social inclusion, feminism, and digital skills. Locally, we organize intergenerational workshops, nature trips, reforestation actions, art workshops, and language sessions, always trying to mix learning with fun and social impact.

Our team includes youth workers, educators, and people passionate about non-formal education and European cooperation. We love working with other organizations to design projects that help young people grow personally and professionally.

At El Nexo, we believe youth work should be dynamic, creative, and inclusive. Our goal is to become a reference for youth mobility in Granada and keep building bridges between people and cultures all over Europe
