Asociación DYAR (Descubrir y Aprender)

DYAR, Descubrir y Aprender is an intergenerational association founded in 2015 with the mission of improving the social conditions of people and their communities, especially those in vulnerable situations. Its vision is to become a leading organisation recognised for its impact, transparency and commitment to equality, socio-labour inclusion, active ageing and intergenerational development.

The organisation works in three main areas:

Older people: active ageing programmes, intergenerational leisure activities and initiatives to reduce the digital divide through the development of digital skills and access to new technologies.

Adults: socio-labour inclusion programmes, training, guidance and support for people in vulnerable situations, as well as actions to promote equal opportunities, new masculinities and the prevention of gender-based violence.

Children and young people: family work-life balance programmes, socio-emotional development, promotion of volunteering, associationism and community participation.
