Artonomy Foundation

Artоnomy Foundation works at the intersection of arts, culture, and social development, with a focus on young people aged 15–29. We design and implement cultural and educational programmes that build interpersonal and social skills, support mental health, and counter discrimination and social exclusion.
We use art and culture as tools for self-expression, empowerment, and resilience - creating spaces where young people can explore identity, develop agency, and connect with peers across borders. Our work spans non-formal education, international cultural cooperation, and the development of networks and platforms that give emerging talents access to new audiences and markets.
Based in Bulgaria, Artonomy operates across the European cultural sector, building partnerships with organisations that share our belief in culture as a driver of social change.
