Social educator specialised in giving dynamic workshops and training sessions on quality menstrual education, through non-formal education, promoting self-exploration, self-acceptance and self-care. The content of the workshops is broad (demystification, biological knowledge, influence of hormones on emotions, sexuality, diversity, etc.). However, I stand out for having an emotional, creative and social approach. I have a portfolio of projects of varying lengths, targeting people of different ages and genders. Menstrual education is a human right that influences personal and community well-being.
I could also be a trainer in different fields such as gender equality, emotional intelligence, dance and movement, social challenges, social inclusion, care for nature, etc. I have been working as a youth leader for 7 years because I love playing, teaching and making others have fun. I am a social educator, passionate about different social struggles and people's wellbeing. I am cheerful, optimistic, authentic, active and I like helping others, as well as travelling and personal development.
