• Attention to the largest number of children and deaf people in Burgos and their families.

• To sensitize society in order to promote actions in favor of prevention, diagnosis, enabling intervention, the removal of communication barriers.

Public Powers and Administration:
• Get the involvement of the Public Administrations with the fulfillment of the ARANSBUR Mission.

Family:
• Offer families the maximum support and involve them in the deaf child's rehabilitation process and collaboration with the associative movement through active participation.

Health:
• The prevention, detection, diagnosis and early treatment of deafness, information and awareness of parents, professionals and health care personnel.

Education:
• Offer specialized early care and immediate diagnosis.
• Defend the right of parents to choose the educational and communication modality.
• Optimize resources to improve the training of teachers and specialists, as well as quality and inclusive educational care.

Socio-labor integration:
• Provide young deaf people with a labor and social integration, through their professional training and a job placement that allows them economic independence and full participation in social and cultural life.

Communication Barriers:
• Respond to the needs and rights of access to culture and information, for their personal development and their development in society, by removing communication barriers in all areas. For that puropse we founded a company MIRA LO QUE TE DIGO - MQD - See What I Say.

MQD is a producer of video with qualification of Special Center of Employment, specialized in suppression communication barriers affecting people with sensorial disability (listened description for blind people, subtitling services, adapted multimedia products, video and sign language tourist guides, accessible web sites, systems of audio induction loop and hearing magnetic loop systems for big spaces, consultancy of accessibility, etc). All the products and services offered by MQD are made under the criteria "DESIGN FOR ALL AND UNIVERSAL ACCESSIBILITY". Every employee: web-masters, designers, illustrators, captioners, subtitling providers, audiovisual technicians have a sensorial or physical disability. MQD is a pioneer company in Spain in real time-captioning in public events, in TV broadcast both in English and in Spanish.
