ARAKLI HALK EĞİTİMİ MERKEZİ (ARAKLI PUBLIC EDUCATION CENTER) is in the center of the city and aims to reach all of the people living in Araklı. There are over 250 courses such as language corses, nearly all kinds of musical instrument courses, cooking courses, drama and theatre courses, computer courses(from beginner to advanced) etc. Also, ARAKLI PUBLIC EDUCATION CENTER provides people get certificate for their profession.
