Konyaaltı Municipality is a public institution. Konyaaltı is one of the central districts of Antalya. It is located at the western end of Antalya and is famous for its beaches of the same name. The main economic and commercial activities of Konyaaltı are based on tourism and agriculture. The number of sunny days a year in Konyaaltı, which is shown as a symbol in Antalya's promotional activities, is 300 days.In this context; The duties, responsibilities and jurisdiction of the municipality, which includes health, education, sports, environment, social services and aid, library, park, zoning, cleaning and solid waste, municipal police, culture and art, tourism and promotion, youth and sports, vocational skills training. It covers all citizens of the municipality. In addition, it prioritizes services for the elderly, women and children, the disabled, the poor and the needy, who are in the disadvantaged group.Our mission as Konyaaltı Municipality; by developing a lifestyle intertwined with nature, culture and art; primarily to increase the quality of life of young people and people living in our region in urban life.And our vision; to ensure equal access of young people to sports, arts, science, culture and technology and to contribute to their development as self-employed, entrepreneurialinnovative, environmentally sensitive and participatory individuals.Since its establishment, our municipality has participated and/or carried out various local, national and international projects with youth, youth workers, educators, academics, non-governmental organizations. In addition, the activities carried out within our municipality for young people and examples of some services provided are as follows:Youth Club,Art and Hobby Courses,Library,Music Academy,Theater academy,Folk Dance Ensemble,Psychological Assistance,Sports CoursesOur main department consists of different people with different backgrounds. It includes personnel with undergraduate and graduate degrees; graduates of international relations, engineers, social workers and psychologists, youth, youth workers and actors who want to transfer their experience and skills to young people by working on projects.
We are able to;
• Organize workshops about environment and climate change, adapting of people to natural life, sports and artistic activities, gender equality, human rights, anti-discrimination and awareness of human communities, etc.
• Organize team building activities and evaluation meetings after projects.
• Assist participants in preparing and participating activities.
• Assistance to project coordinators with dissemination activities for the final report.

In addition, they are experienced about different issues related with environment, culture and art (theatre, music, dance, painting, ceramics), gender equality, fight against discrimination, cultural diversity, sports activities, healthy and active lifestyles to prevent youngsters offenses harmful habits.
