A.N.C.E.I. – Training and Research is a professional association of teachers, qualified by Public Education Ministry for the training of all school operators; it deals mainly with training activities and educational research in the context of the European dimension of culture and of the central position of the school in relation with the territory. It is a Non-profit organization, which it works without any ethnic, ideological and religious distinction and following social solidarity and voluntary participation principles. It has institutional and social relations, followed to its participation? who participate to a lot of projects carried out both with the support of EC and of national, regional and local Institutions.
A.N.C.E.I. – Training and Research aims to be a communication channel between institutions and civil society to whose needs it intends offering to offer answers, making the cultural investment functional to an even more cognitive society. Its action is addressed to school schools, training and culture sectors, where readjustment to new technologies, new models of services supply supply services and of systems organization turned out to be more difficult than in the industrial sector.
The mission is the permanent updating of the pedagogic culture which is the resource, the cognitive capital, of its activity.
A.N.C.E.I. put puts it on its members disposal through:
- information about the status of scientific research, covering all training sciences
- the elaboration of related field teaching models, following the research-action principle
- the creation of specific educational and teaching programs
A.N.C.E.I. looks to the collaboration in the European dimension as an opportunity and a task, without rejecting the defence of all cultural and local diversities that allow the identification of specific contexts and their distinction from other ones or different ones The engagement “consists of acting”, through the training, in order to develop an awareness of national identity of citizens in a European dimension and spreading out the knowledge of European institutions and of study and job opportunities that they offer to citizens. The aim is the constitution of a cultural unity.
The main objectives of the organization are:
• to create and realize cultural activities in order to diffuse the Italian culture, moreover enhancing the value of other populations’cultures especially ethnic minorities
• To promote cultural exchanges for educators and youths about E.U. and World unification respecting any people’s rights
• To Organize Training Stages for educators in specific school subjects and job tendencies, paying attention to handicap
• To promote training for those youths that show a specific interest on peace and brotherhood among population
• To promote seminars and researches for any kind of activity in order to diffuse information on behalf of culture

ANCEI ‘s specified Objectives
a) Promoting, designing and carrying out of training, research and study activities in a European dimension, addressed to all school’s operators;
b) Promoting and designing of innovative courses for teachers’ training and for the education and the integration of students who have a handicap;
c) Carrying out activities of rehabilitation and occupation for disabled people and other persons with special needs through suitable support services. This work is carried out at voluntary service level;
d) Promoting quality culture and delivering assistance and services in the accompanying for quality certification; design and management activities of monitoring, evaluation and technical assistance on structural Funds;
e) Designing, planning and managing activities of vocational training, orientation, adult education and higher training in order to ensure permanent training, everything both at distance and in presence, in particular for young people, women and the weak force of population;
f) Designing and carrying out socio-cultural activities for training and spreading of Italian culture and for the knowledge of all People’s Cultures, in particular for ethnic minorities;
g) Taking part through projects, even with public and private Institutions, in EU Programmes and/or at an international level;
h) Organizing activities of exchange and cultural relations for young people, students and school’s operators in order to give a contribution to the training of young people about European and world dimension, in a context of widest respect of the rights of each People.
