AMYCOS, ONG para la Cooperación Solidaria

AMYCOS has developed different strategic lines, on which we diary put our motivations, skills and passion. The action fields where we work on are:
1. Development Education and Awareness: because the education creates more valuables generations. AMYCOS tries to contribute to social and solidarity raising awareness producing didactic material for people of the local community.
2. Advocacy: because we believe that the world can change. AMYCOS works pushing the publics and privates institutions, the social groups and the mass media to give a contribute with its actions and decisions to a fair and equality development in all the world.
3. Cooperation Projects: because the solidarity is justice. AMYCOS carries out development cooperation projects in different countries of the south with the purpose to improve the life of the habitants involving them actively in its development.
4. Social Action: because there are a lot of things to do on a local territory. AMYCOS allocates part of the work for a few opportunities groups in its context, in particular for the immigrant category.
5. International Volunteering: because for understanding the reality you should live it. AMYCOS promotes a several voluntary international programs.

At the moment AMYCOS is looking for EVS partners to send volunteers abroad as to host volunteers in own project in Burgos.
