We are a non-profit organization that aims to build a global citizenship by promoting the respect for the other cultures, people and human rights. Our main activities are:
- Promotion of language learning as a key for intercultural dialogue and integration
- Educational projects for children and youth. Our "School of the People" sees volunteers supporting children and youth and fostering a peer-to-peer approach.
- Promotion of youth mobility.
- Coaching youth to implement cultural and social initiatives;
- Organisation and implementation of volunteering projects;
- Youth participation through Art and Journalism: we have a youth-led artistic collective (Urban Art Lab) and a youth-led media-lab and online magazine (www.tredici.it);
- Organisation of cultural initiatives;
- Focus on environmental education and promotion of a green and healthy lifestyle
-Organisation of sport events for inclusion
Our activities have as a main target the youth, since they have more opportunities to build their lives on a multicultural base and with an international view. Nevertheless we run several projects and non formal education activities for adults in general. We focus on the inclusion of people and youth with fewer possibilities and facing social or other obstacles.
Our staff has expertise in coordinating volunteering projects, media and communication, coaching youth, organising events, non-formal education, environmental education, agriculture. We can include a wide range of associated partners.
