ALVIT - innovation and education, ltd.

The company was founded in November 1994. Today, it is presented by a group of young, enthusiastic project managers and lectors, former students and teachers from the local universities. The basic impulse for their work is the location and the historical background of the Moravian-Silesian region, with over 1,3 million residents. This area has been for a long time orientated mainly in the mining and heavy industry with all the effects on its population. Our activities are aimed to improving people´s lives through training, transfer of innovation and lifelong learning education. Company is committed to quality, innovation and European cooperation. We concentrate our effort to serve in practice European cooperation: we participate in European projects; we cooperate with colleagues to develop training courses and materials with a real European dimension; we organize transnational training courses and we love to cooperate with real professionals. As a consequence of the scope of our projects we have gained many contacts, cooperations and friendships between beneficiaries from different countries. Our projects are related to the situation of women on the labour market, innovative teaching and learning for SMEs, partnership between VET institutions and enterprises. We seek for help for students, young people, adults and disadvantaged groups of people.
We organize study visit programs or internships with the support of numerous organizations in the region. We have been very fortunate so far to host many learners from all over the world. As a consequence of the scope of our projects, we have gained many contacts, co-operations and also friendships between beneficiaries from different countries.
