Alumnii MPES

Alumnii MPES is an alumni-led non-governmental organisation bringing together graduates of the Master’s programme in Equal Opportunities Policies (MPES), as well as professionals and youth workers active in the fields of gender equality, social inclusion and public policy.

The organisation aims to promote gender equality and equal opportunities through research-based approaches, non-formal education, youth work and public dialogue. Alumnii MPES acts as a bridge between academia, civil society and young people, encouraging the transfer of knowledge, intergenerational learning and evidence-informed practice.

Our activities include educational events, training courses, workshops, public discussions, research initiatives and international cooperation projects, with a strong focus on youth participation, diversity and inclusion. We work closely with students, young people, educators, researchers and civil society organisations at local, national and European level.

Through its work, Alumnii MPES seeks to contribute to inclusive public policies, strengthen democratic values and support young people and professionals in addressing discrimination, inequality and structural barriers in education and society.
