Alphabet Formation

Alphabet Formation (ABF) is a Brussels-based non-profit organisation founded in 2016. We foster non-formal and informal learning for youth, adults, educators and VET providers through European cooperation projects.
Our mission is to promote inclusion, employability, digital and civic skills, and to strengthen intercultural exchange across Europe and beyond.

We are active in:

Mobility & Exchange: organising Erasmus+ training, study visits, and placements for learners and professionals.

Skills Development: boosting digital literacy, soft skills, and green competences for youth and adults.

Civic Engagement: empowering participation, media literacy, and countering disinformation.

VET Innovation: supporting creative and inclusive approaches in vocational education and training.

ABF regularly coordinates and partners in EU-funded projects (Erasmus+, CERV, Creative Europe), ensuring quality management, communication, dissemination, and sustainability.

We welcome cooperation with organisations that share our vision of inclusive learning, mobility, and active citizenship.
