In Turkiye probation is a part of the restorative justice system in which social disabled individuals involved in crime are supervised, followed, rehabilitated, and education-improvement activities are carried out during the execution of their sentences in the society. Our institution implements various rehabilitation programs in order to increase the social adaptation of criminals and to reintegrate them into society and to prevent them from committing crimes again. These programs include anger management, substance abuse prevention, a change-for-life program and various personal seminars.
