Akdeniz Science and Art Center

Akdeniz Science and Art Center is a state school located in Mersin, Türkiye. Our school provides education to students with special talents in music, art or general talent at all levels from primary school to high school (7-18 years old). Students are accepted to our school through exams and talent and intelligence tests.

Students start receiving education at our school from the 2nd grade and continue their education until they finish high school. No exams are administered to students in our institution. Education is provided according to their talents and interests until high school. When they start high school, they start developing projects according to their talents and interests.

Students who come to our school continue their education at their own regular schools while also receiving training outside of school hours at our institution according to their areas of talent. For this reason, students from various primary schools, secondary schools, high schools, and vocational and technical high schools receive education at our institution.

Our school teachers are accepted through interviews conducted by the Ministry of Education. Our school consists of teachers who are successful in their fields, selected through exams and interviews, and experienced in preparing projects and conducting academic studies.

Our school classrooms are designed to be suitable for projects and workshops. In addition to the classes where main courses are taught in our school, there is a computer class, mind games class and coding classes.
