The School Group Educational Project emerges as an instrument that aims to enable the definition and formulation strategies that will make the School the organizational space where educational challenges are decided, functioning as a driving factor for their autonomy. It is a fundamental document of the internal policy of each School Group whose purpose is, within the guidelines of national policy, for whose clarification should contribute, show the extent to which each school proposes to ensure the continuity of its projects and interventions successful, that is, of its good practices and to establish new development goals. This document is, thus, a fundamental instrument to support the intervention / planning of our School Group.
The Project shows what and how the School Group reflected on analyzing itself, clarifying the action you intend to develop to maintain and, if necessary, improve the quality of the service you provide. It is a document that enshrines the educational orientation of the School Group, elaborated and approved by its organs for a three-year horizon, in which the principles, values, goals and strategies according to which the school aims to fulfill its educational function. Thus, the Educational Project of our School Group, in addition to formal requirement, aims to become a referential instrument that enables the search for your identity, thus, the progressive design of a proper face through which they know us and, above all, recognize them, and look for satisfy the main needs and aspirations of the Educational Community, valuing its potential and the the environment in which it operates.
The Sabugal School Group must be aware of the needs and expectations of the surrounding community, whose survey must be a permanent project with a view to adapting their practices educational results. Thus, it should collaborate with the diferente institutions providing them with support logistics, equipment, specialized personnel, as well as participating in cultural, environmental, and others in which multiple groups of teachers/students/guardians may be involved, also in the in order to contribute to the preservation of customs, traditions, cultural events specific to the area where the School Group is inserted.
The socio-cultural fabric is differentiated, with the majority of students coming from families with few resources and low education. It appears that the family is often absent and has no time for children, delegating to the school not only educational training, but also the personal training of their students. Since parental participation and collaboration is very important and an essential factor for success school, its expression falls short of what is desirable.
