AELV

AELV is a non profit association. This association has as its misión the Exchange of individuals, mostly Young people, at EU and third countries, to promote training, support and technical expertise,artistic and
Cultural activities, social and political awareness as well as puting them together with institutions, companies and other entities to encourage and support integration of these individuals in the labor market AELV purpose is to promote awareness of a Europe of the people, based on training and knowledge of other cultures, as well as promoting of activities consistent with the conservation of nature and the promotion of the sustainable development.
We are located at Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz), although we develop our activities in whole Andalucía.
AELV since its founding in 1998 by participating in the mobility program Leonardo da Vinci has been improving its management system in mobility programs, programs on both sending and receiving, participating in conferences and seminars as an example of good management and quality mobility programs.
Our fixed staff is 5 people, and are members of the association about 75 people and different organization.
From their beginnings AELV has collaborated in the design, planning and execution of the Leonardo da Vinci programs, European Volunteer Services developed by FENPA (Federation of protected nature areas of Andalusia), giving first hand information to the new participant in mobility programs, as well as collaborating in the reception of European youths whom have developed their program in Andalusia. We are promoter, sending organisation and host organism from 1998, we send about 70 participants and received about 100 per year. And we advise in de development of European project to different Councils like Jerez, Arcos and other organisation like Mancomunidad de la Sierra de Cádiz.

EU Project Planning & Management

We cover all stages of EU projects planning and management. In the initial stage, our team finds an appropriate funding programme and finds out about its calls for proposals, helps with the draking of an idea, finds partners, and submits the Project application within the relevant rules and deadlines. AELV has a team of experienced professionals to support public entites, private companies, cooperatives, consortia, associations, and private citizens throughout the process. More in depth the Project planning and management process covers all the following steps:
• Planning, structuring and draking of the Project proposal.
• Building up of the national and international partnership.
• Management of relations with the EU or other Entities that provide the funding.
• Project management and follow-up.
• Reporting.
• Dissemination of Project results.

Within the international mobility programmes aimed at vocational training, we can providing the following services:
