AEGEE-Baku

EGEE-Bakı is the local representative of AEGEE-Europe in Baku, being active in more than 43 countries and 240 cities of Europe and connecting over 15 000 members. The main goal of the organization is to achieve the development of tolerant and open societies by carrying out the cultural exchange among the youth in Europe. AEGEE-Bakı started its activities in 2004 and more than 1500 local students have been involved to different projects. It has been registered by the Ministry of Justice on August 10th, 2007 (registration number 1107-Q19-2432). The main purpose of the organization is to promote the European ideas by creating cooperation between Azerbaijani and European students.
