Osmaniye Directorate of Judicial Support and Victim Services was established in 2020 and has been working with crime victims, children involved in crime, families going through divorce and custody cases, and vulnerable groups during this period. The department ensures that the statement and testimonial procedures of crime victims are conducted by specialized personnel in private environments. The aim is to enable them to express themselves more comfortably and feel safe. Additionally, individual meetings are held with children involved in crime, and social investigation reports are prepared. Depending on the needs of the children involved in crime, they are directed to various institutions to receive support. Our department collaborates with other agencies and non-governmental organizations in carrying out its work. We are open to new projects while working with crime victims, vulnerable groups, children involved in crime, and families going through divorce and custody processes. Furthermore, we value the professional development of our staff and their acquisition of new methods in their working areas.
