ADILES

ADILES (Association for the Development of Initiatives led by European Island Regions), organisation
based in Guadeloupe, is committed to promoting social inclusion and autonomy among young & adult audiences
vulnerable, including migrants, women, young adults in dropout situations and people in
disability situation.

The association has been developing adult education activities since 2022 through training, workshops, and
support path in non-formal education, aimed at strengthening skills, promoting integration
socio-professional and encourage the development of innovative initiatives related to the SSE.

ADILES has recognized experience in the implementation of cooperation projects KA210 & KA220, notably through
several initiatives:
- In and Out in favor of the inclusion of migrants,
- GREEN dedicated to supporting entrepreneurship in the circular economy for young NEETs,
- Recto Verso focused on supporting and empowering migrant women,
- "All Useful" which made it possible to highlight concrete actions for the support and inclusion of
people with disabilities by building the capacities of local stakeholders.
as well as RESILIENS, which aims to strengthen the skills of actors supporting victims of domestic violence .
