ADEFIS JUVENTUD INTERNACIONAL

ADEFIS JUVENTUD INTERNACIONAL is a non-profit organization whose objective is to promote equal opportunities and integration among the young people by developing projects and programs aimed at the elimination of the discrimination based on ethnic origin, race, gender, religion or personal and social status, as stated in the Spanish Constitution. We also support the setting up of projects and programs to protect the environment, promote sustainable development, cultural and volunteering initiatives, raise awareness of the Spanish and the European society, among others, and cooperate towards the development and co-development in low-income countries and countries with extreme levels of poverty.

This NGO specialises in the personal and professional development through socio-educational methodologies based on non-formal education at European, national and regional levels.

To this end, the NGO relies on a highly-qualified team specialising in the social field who have an extensive professional experience in the mentioned area.

Our objectives

.-Promote the employment for young people.
.-Strengthen the active citizenship among the youth, in general terms, and, particularly, their European citizenship.
.-Boost solidarity and tolerance in order to reinforce the social cohesion.
.-Stimulate the mutual understanding among the youngsters of different countries.
.-Contribute to improve the quality of the support systems for the activities for the young people and reinforce the capacity of the civil society organizations towards the youth.
.-Promote the European cooperation in the field of the young people.

Our methodological approach is built on the following values
.1.-Non-formal education: Quality education, with clear and concise objectives and a consistent structure focused on the personal development of the participants.
.2.-Personal development: Thanks to the creation of new skills, knowledge and abilities.
.3.-Acquiring knowledge through different techniques based on a collaborative and engaged learning.
