AD HOC is a Corporate Social Responsibility company with a wide experience in the local and national field working for institutions and public administrations, but also in the international field thanks to the development of Creative Europe projects such as "IDE Reconstruction of Identities" or Erasmus + Cooperation and Innovation of Good Practices "Usewine”.
In all the projects developed throughout these more than 15 years, it has used art and creativity as a motor for the economic development of the territories, providing training for employment for vulnerable groups, designing strategic plans for the development of tourist products, producing cultural tourism fairs involving the main economic agents of the territory.
It also promotes knowledge and entrepreneurship through heritage by training young people, adults and people at risk of social exclusion.
Areas of specific expertise:
•Coordination of projects with different local entities using art for the empowerment of groups at risk of social exclusion (adults with functional diversity, young Roma people...)
•Coordination of projects with different local entities for the professionalization of the cultural and creative industries.
•Design and coordination of youth audience development actions.
•Development of technological tools to bring art and culture closer to citizens.
•Design of online evaluation tools for the professional skills of entrepreneurs and companies.
•Advice to new entrepreneurs through mentoring in programs such as Instituto Aragonés de Fomento or Young Business Spain Consulting and mentoring for tourism and cultural institutions and companies
•Participation in international cultural cooperation projects where Ad Hoc uses different artistic disciplines (music, photography, plastic arts, theatre) as a tool to know and value the identity of each territory.
•Coordination of community culture projects, dynamization and citizen participation using different tools of creativity and design thinking.
•Design, coordination and implementation of training courses for adults and unemployed young people with interests in cultural management.
•Wide experience in the development of methodologies and technical assistance services for entities and public administrations.
