ActiveYOUrope

Active YOUrope is an informal group of young people, based in Rethymno of Crete and is active at local, national and international level. The idea for the creation of the group was born when we were surprisingly confronted with the following contradiction: although the Erasmus Plus program promotes the mobility of young people (the cost for them is really low), unfortunately there is no adequate information and as a result such opportunities are not exploited. We would like to inform youths and enforce their active participation in ERASMUS + and in various (cultural, ecological, social, etc.) local actions.

The scope of our interests includes the preparation, support and sending of young people and youth workers mainly in youth exchanges and training courses.

Also, ActiveYOUrope deals with the organization of youth exchanges and training courses in Greece in order to enforce intercultural contact and communication between young Europeans through the use of differentiated methods, experiential and non-formal learning.
