actiON for change NON PROFIT CIVIL LAW COMPANY

actiON for change is a non-profit civil law company based in Orestiada, Greece, operating in the fields of education, social action, culture, and the environment, with the aim of improving quality of life and strengthening social cohesion.

The vision of actiON for change is the elimination of social inequalities and the promotion of social inclusion and participation of socially excluded and vulnerable groups. To this end, the organisation implements awareness-raising campaigns and actions focused on the promotion and protection of human rights, as well as on combating violence, stereotypes, racism, and discrimination.

More specifically, actiON for change designs and carries out educational, social, and cultural activities that foster inclusion, active citizenship, and respect for diversity. It also organises seminars, workshops, and public events—both in person and online—aligned with its objectives and target groups.

All activities are implemented on a non-profit basis and aim to respond to local and societal needs, with particular focus on the Municipality of Orestiada, where the organisation is headquartered. In this context, actiON for change expresses its strong interest in collaborating with local and international stakeholders, contributing to local development, participating in relevant events, and co-implementing actions that address community needs, especially in the areas of education, youth engagement, social inclusion, and human rights.
