ABICE is formed as a nonprofit organization. It is created to facilitate knowledge relations, friendship and mutual help within the people of Spain and other European countries.

ABICE activity focuses on two main areas:

- Develop and promote linkages and knowledge in the fields of languages, cultures, sports, art and education.

- Develop and support economic and trade relations.

To achieve the objectives the Association is actively working in close collaboration with government institutions, universities, cultural and sport organizations, in both regions and industrial and commercial chambers.
