Our school is situated in Yüksekova, which is a district in the Hakkari Province of Turkey. It borders Iran to the east and Iraq to the south.The district was historically an important trade route location due to its proximity to Iran. Yüksekova is not only a developed county but also a worth to see place with its natural beauties like Hakkari Cilo-Sat Mountains National Park featuring high mountain belts, plateaus, deep valleys, streams, waterfalls, glaciers, many large and small glacial lakes as well as many churches and rock paintings.
