4Wings Northwest CIC

4Wings has a good track record of making a difference in lives of migrants as well as women from diverse backgrounds that are survivors of abuse and trauma. We have developed links with refugee communities and from feedback can share that participants find 4Wings a safe and non-judgmental space to express themselves and have a voice.

Aside from delivering a range of diverse projects aimed at the marginalised, isolated and excluded women (and men) in our community, 4Wings also has an established drop-in service to support clients with one to one coaching sessions, advocacy, personal development, developing of skills (employability, creative, language) & developing social networks.

We advocate for migrants and host events to raise awareness of migrant issues as well as facilitate cultural exchanges, in a bid to combat discrimination.

4Wings also implements outreach strategies to link us within the community and public agencies- who support our referral efforts. Because of this we have a good collaborative working relationship with local voluntary groups and public service agents.

Over the years we have established a trustworthy and safe working relationship with many migrants who have in turn recommended the service to family and friends.
