Dance Motion Studio, z.s.

Dance Motion Studio is a non-profit organisation based in Prague, Czech Republic, founded in 2022. The organisation focuses on supporting the personal, physical and social development of children and young people through dance, sports and non-formal educational activities. Since its establishment, Dance Motion Studio has been actively working at local and international level to create inclusive spaces where young people can develop self-confidence, healthy habits, social skills and key competences for everyday life.

The organisation’s activities combine movement-based methods with non-formal education and well-being approaches. Dance Motion Studio regularly organises dance and art classes, sports activities, workshops, camps and training sessions, as well as educational projects focused on personal development, mental well-being, decision-making and healthy lifestyles. Its programmes support both physical and psychological health, strengthen resilience and help young people develop skills to navigate change and uncertainty.

Dance Motion Studio places strong emphasis on inclusion, tolerance and equal opportunities. The organisation works with diverse groups of young people and aims to make its activities accessible regardless of background or previous experience. Through its work, the organisation promotes teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, intercultural understanding and active participation.

In addition to local activities, Dance Motion Studio is actively involved in international youth projects within the Erasmus+ programme, particularly Youth Exchanges (KA152) and Training Courses (KA153). The organisation has experience in project development, coordination and implementation in English and regularly cooperates with international partners. Its international projects focus on topics such as digital well-being, healthy lifestyles, sports, dance and competence development, with a strong emphasis on non-formal education and experiential learning.
